I don't know where you live or even your name,
but I want to thank you just the same.

Somebody abandoned a litter of kittens where you tend bar,
When some men that were drinking found out about the kittens,
they took them pretty far.

They dumped them into the woods,
like they were trash,
but when you found out about it,
you were off in a flash.

You went quickly to the woods to rescue the babies that were tossed there for fun,
and you didn't leave until you made sure you found every single one.

Thank you, bartender for you are a hero,
even though you didn't get an award or paid one penny,
I'll always be grateful to you for rescuing my little Kenny.
