Four Paws Trail is pleased to offer transport for dogs and cats throughout the United States and parts of Canada. We pride ourselves in the fact that our drivers are all thoroughly checked out and reliable, thereby ensuring a safe and worry-free trip.

Drivers Application

If you would like to volunteer your driving services, please click on the link below for the Transport Driver Application. Save it to your hard-drive as your name and state .doc (e.g. - mary lewis ohio.doc - Do NOT leave spaces in your version). When it is completed, please send it to fourpawstrail@provide.net
