Maggies owners were at work when she got out (let out by the maid). The maid left them a note saying that Maggie had gotten out.
Meanwhile Maggie had walked a few blocks and then ended up right across the blvd. from her home. A crossing guard found her and didn't know what to do with her because she didn't want to get stuck with a second dog - so she ended up giving her to a woman that stopped to ask for directions. This woman said she had dogs of her own and didn't want another but would find a home for the puppy. We have no idea who this woman is, where she came from or anything. The owners are frantic, depressed and one of them has a health condition. They've put up thousands of flyers and have done everything possible to find their puppy.
